Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a Dutch-born American actor and performer. Her fame is based on her stage work as well as acting as Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel show That's So Raven and its sequel Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol is an Dutch base American actress (Female) and a vocalist who is best known for her recurring roles in the TV show That's So Raven.
